In recent years,Intelligent community services have affected people's clothing,food,housing,and travel.At the same time,Intelligent community services have changed people's access to social resources and changed the way people communicate.With the improvement of people's living standards,the demands of Chinese community residents on the services provided by the community are constantly increasing,and the traditional face-to-face community service methods are no longer applicable.With the support of the Internet and big data,Intelligent community services have been continuously promoted throughout the country to meet the growing needs of people for a better life.The intelligent community service platform in huaying city of Shaanxi province has been running for nearly a year.This paper takes Huayin intelligent community service as the research object from the perspective of new public service theory.In the early stage,a large number of documents at home and abroad were consulted to understand the latest research trends and research results of intelligent community service at home and abroad;meanwhile,the operation data of Huayin intelligent community service platform in Shaanxi Province for nearly one year were obtained,and the file information needed by Huayin community construction Steering Committee and other relevant departments was inquired on the spot to obtain the first-hand information,which is the research of this paper Provide data support.From the perspective of the new public service theory,according to the basic connotation of the new public service theory,such as: "service rather than steering","responsibility is not single","serving citizens rather than customers","acting democratically","attaching importance to people rather than productivity","attaching importance to citizenship and public affairs",this paper makes a deep study of the intelligent community service in Huayin City,Shaanxi Province First of all,the status quo of intelligent community service in Huayin City of Shaanxi Province is analyzed.Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of intelligent community service in Huayin City of Shaanxi Province.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions for Huayin intelligent community service.From the perspective of the New Public Service theory,this paper takes the Huayin Intelligent Community Service as the research object,applies the new public service theory frame,at the same time uses the literature research method and the participation observation method,an in-depth analysis of intelligent community service in Huayin,Shaanxi Province.In order to make Huayin Intelligent Community Service more scientific and perfect,so as to better solve the difficulties and problems in the life and work of community residents,and provide better,more efficient and convenient intelligent community service for community residents,improve the quality of life and well-being of community residents.At the same time for Shaanxi Province and the whole country in promoting intelligent community services to provide useful reference.
