Study On Government Service Hotline

In recent years,the willingness of the public to participate in government decision-making is becoming more and more strong,and the subjective and objective conditions for building a service-oriented government are becoming more and more mature.As a tool for citizens to express their demands and for the government to understand the situation of their people,the government service hotline has attracted more and more attention from local governments and scholars.As an important way for the modern government to provide public services and an important exploration for the construction of service-oriented government,the mayor hotline can,on the one hand,promote information exchange,optimize the allocation of administrative resources and improve the efficiency of the government;on the other hand,the government can effectively expand its public service area,advocates citizens fully participate in the government's policy-making process,draw wisdom from the people,and accept supervision on the service efficiency.Generally speaking,the establishment of government service hotline is helpful for the government to enhance service capacity,improve management level and improve work efficiency.At present,China is in the transitional period of economic development,and some potential social contradictions are gradually highlighted.Problems such as land expropriation and demolition,illegal fund-raising,military personnel rehabilitation,private teachers,enterprise restructuring,environmental pollution,etc.have led to an increase in instability factors.In addition,historical problems and some pressing livelihood problems are intertwined and the complex situation of the Communist Security has put forward higher requirements for the work of mayors' hotlines.In view of this,this paper attempts to start with the concept of service-oriented government and elaborate the relationship between government service hotline and service-oriented government.Taking Pingdingshan 12345 mayor hotline as an example,according to the logical thinking of analysis-problem-solving,this paper combines theoretical research with empirical research,and comprehensively applies literature research method,case analysis method,and so on.By means of comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper analyses the problems existing in Pingdingshan Mayor's Hotline and puts forward countermeasures to provide better services,promote the good interaction between the government and the public,resolve the contradictions during the reform,and make due contributions to the development of China's economy and society.
