The mayor hotline is a means of achieving positive interaction between the government and the public in recent years,and has become an important channel for communication between the government and the public.Since its opening in 2012,the Yiyang Mayor Hotline has played a certain positive role and has become an important way for the government to understand social dynamics and protect the interests of the people.However,due to the lack of unified planning and unified deployment and utilization of the Yiyang Mayor's hotline,the number "cannot be used" and the appeal "no echo" have not been able to truly serve the people.In 2015,the state proposed the "Internet +" action plan.The rapid development of information network technology not only puts higher-level development requirements for government service capabilities,but also brings more possible development opportunities.How to combine the development background of "Internet +",use emerging information network technology to develop the Yiyang Mayor Hotline,and build a new platform for the "Internet +" Mayor Hotline,which has very realistic research value and good application value.This paper introduces the concept of the mayor hotline and summarizes the development status of the domestic and international citizen service hotline.At the same time,the paper analyzes the development history and existing problems of the Yiyang Mayor Hotline 12345.On this basis,in order to improve the Yiyang Mayor's hotline and play the role of serving the masses,this paper proposes the use of "Internet +" for resource integration and platform innovation,in order to improve the ability and level of government sector policy implementation,and promote service-oriented government construction.
