Design And Implementation Of The Party Affairs Management APP In The State Owned Enterprises

With an upgrading and improvement of our country's informatization level,many managers in state-owned enterprises have profoundly realized that the information technology plays a crucial role in improving party affairs management abilities and party-mass work standards in state-owned enterprises.It needs to be solved promptly that how to enable party officials to manage work anytime anywhere and enable party members to understand the status of party organizations in the enterprise.Leveraging the convenience of mobile APP can bring the informatization to the party's internal management.It will form a set of mobile information system that is open and transparent,and members can share data,manage affairs,check and dispose information anytime in this system,which is what party workers expect currently.Through some analysis and design,the system will include functions of party affairs publicity,three meetings and one class,party organization and management,interaction and communication,users login and authority management,etc.The requirement and design of the system are analyzed and described through the use case diagram,e-r diagram,business flow diagram and system architecture diagram of the unified modeling language.The system provides services for users through mobile APP.The system is based on Android system,using MVC framework,C/S structure,and Java language to implement the system's functions,and it is supported by Microsoft SQL server database.At present,the system has been put into practical use,providing a powerful tool for the party affairs work in state-owned enterprises.It has effectively improved the working efficiency of party affairs management and reduced the labor cost of enterprises,with good social and economic benefits.
