Design And Implementation Of An E-government Management System Based On Android

In order to improve the efficiency of government affairs,realize mobile office,and ensure the security of mobile office,this paper develope d a set of e-government management system based on Android.Through the mobile terminal mode,the government departments can quickly accelerate their ability to respond to government affairs,deal with major events in a timely manner,lift public crises,a nd improve the efficiency of government affairs management in the government departments.It is of great significance to the innovation of information technology in China's government affairs.This research topic mainly includes the following contents:(1)Analyze the research background and system development of a county e-government management system based on Android,and assign the design structure to the mobile office.The possibility,according to the actual business needs of government management,the system is divided into five modules: user management module,government office management,government document circulation warning,government news management,and government communication module.In order to ensure that the system is applied to the mobile terminal while ensuring the security of the government management content,digital signature technology is introduced.(2)System design.The key design of the government document circulation warning module is combined with the digital signature scheme and the core algorithm to prevent the leakage of confidential documents in the mobile office process.The design process of the digital signature core algorithm is described in detail to ensure the security in the office management and office circulation pr ocess.The docking of the digital signature scheme and system was designed.The database was designed using SQL Server 2017 technology.(3)The system was implemented and tested.The client interface content of the system is displayed on the mobile interfac e terminal.Explain the realization process of digital signature in the system of government circulation,in order to ensure the security of the process of government document circulation.Finally,the system is tested,including reliability and functional tests to determine the practical applicability of the system.The system utilizes digital signature technology combined with the implementation and application of the mobile terminal,which can greatly improve the efficiency of government services,streamline the service processes of government transaction processing,improve the security of government affairs processing,and quickly respond to the needs of the masses.
