Design And Implementation Of Street Office Party Affairs Management System Based On Android Technology

With the increase of urban residents and the increase of functions of subdistrict offices,the workload of subdistrict offices has been greatly increased compared with the past,which has brought great pressure to the staff of subdistrict offices.So there are some problems,such as low work efficiency,inadequate quality of service,dissatisfaction of service objects and so on.In order to improve the quality of the work of the management of party affairs in street offices,we decided to use Android technology,SSH framework,Java language,My SQL database and other system development technologies to establish user login and new.The function modules of news announcement,data analysis and statistics,party affairs work arrangement,information inquiry and interactive comment enable Party affairs managers to deal with party affairs work systematically.Firstly,this paper carries on the demand analysis of the system.In the demand analysis,it mainly carries on the demand analysis of the system function and non-function,determines the operation function of each functional module,and strictly stipulates the system performance.Then the system is designed and implemented according to the existing street party management process.The system uses Android technology to design the system platform,realizing the mobile management of street party affairs.Users can operate the system on any networked Android intelligent device.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested,and the functions of the system are tested by conventional testing methods,including news announcement function,party work arrangement function,information query function,etc.By testing the functions and performance of the system,the system meets the needs of users and ensures the operation of users.For rights and interests.In the actual design,this paper will outline the design function from the following aspects.In the process of user login,user authentication program is designed to compare user information carefully and in detail,so as to reduce the probability of system being harmed;in the design of news announcement function,the sub-function is constantly improved to facilitate users to check news content accurately and timely;in data analysis and statistical function,the division is different.In terms of information query function,this paper mainly designs the sub-menu to classify information and avoid legacy.In addition,we should design Interactive comment function to promote the relationship between Party members and Party members,Party members and users,and ensure timely communication of problems.In database design,we should design data statistics information tables,work arrangement information tables,personal evaluation information tables,work implementation information tables and personal information tables.To ensure the smooth implementation of the system,this paper designs one by one for all the requirements of the party affairs management system,tests each function,constantly improves the design of the party affairs management system,discovers and solves problems in time,and ensures that the party affairs management system can be realized as soon as possible.
