With the Armed Police Force Mobile and Internet Use Management which is enacted by the Headquarters of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force has cleared the scope of the use of smart phones,military personnel permit the use of smart phones in holidays and other personal time.The military officers and men enjoy the convenient and vast amounts of resources which is brought by the mobile Internet,meanwhile the increasingly frequent of information leakage incidents was caused by the improper use of smart phones.Furthermore,some informal software illegal snooping on users,privacy information,and part of mobile security management software illegal upload user data,result in a great threat to the army information seeurity,it puts forward a new ehallenge to army security and secrecy work.This paper aimed to the army current situation of security work,to investigate the fact of the daily use of officers and men,and determine the functional requirements and the overall framework,in view of the existing security problems in the use of smart phones of armed police forces.The data interaction,process communication method,recognize mobile phone SIM card serial number,malicious software detect basing on the identification of signature code and some other key issues involved in smart phone security management have been systematically studied between Android smart phone server and client.In order to fulfill mobile phone anti-theft,virus killing,program encryption,harassment interception,process cleanup,system optimization,SMS backup,software management and other modules as the core function of the armed police force Android mobile security management optimization system.Establish a server on the internal network of the force,and promote the use of the system within the' scope of the Armed Police Force,from the root to solve the hidden danger of information disclosure,ensure the security of the classified information of the troops.The number of system user groups meets the criteria,filled the gaps in the field of security management of military smart phones,this system has strong practicability and wide application prospect.
