Design And Implementation Of Android-based Party Affairs Management System

In recent years,with the continuous development of Internet and information technology and the advent of mobile 4G era,the concept of mobile Internet has attracted more and more attention.In just a few years,the number of mobile Internet users has penetrated into all aspects of social life.The number of mobile Internet users has surpassed that of desktop computer users.Mobile Internet has also ushered in its period of rapid development."Mobile office" is also emerging quietly.Mobile office makes workers no longer subject to the dependence of office environment,office hours and office conditions,so as to realize on-site office anytime and anywhere.It is a supplement to the original informatization and also a leap in the development and change of informatization itself.Therefore,this paper combines the practice of organizational system work and starts from the actual process and requirements of party affairs work.Through the innovative concept of "Internet + party building",mature B/S mode and LAMP technology architecture were adopted to build database server,mobile application server and Web server respectively based on the internal network of the group of workers.After being protected by gateway and firewall,the external network was connected.Finally,the smart phone Android platform was used as the mobile terminal device to realize the party affairs management system of "mobile office".The system is mainly divided into two parts for ordinary party members and party affairs workers,The main function of ordinary party members is to push the dynamics of party affairs in the city to party members,provide channels to contact party organizations,transmit the voice of the party,publicize party policies,and strengthen the education management of party members.The main functions of the party affairs workers section are divided into six sections: notice and announcement,work dynamics,party organization management,party member management,party representative management,and trace archives.The purpose is to establish an information management system and a dynamic information release system for grass-roots party organizations and all party members covering such grass-roots party organizations as towns and villages(communities)within the jurisdiction.Through the development of the party affairs management system on the mobile phone Android platform,the "mobile office" of party affairs workers can be realized at any time and anywhere,and the higher party organizations can know and master the work dynamics of the lower party organizations at any time and anywhere,strengthen supervision and guidance,and improve the level of party affairs work in the city.This paper analyzes in detail the current grass-roots party building work in the prominent problems,reasons and needs,clarify the system needs to solve the main problems and design outline,explain the internal working principle of the system,and the use of scientific means of the system function module,database design.Finally,the system is summarized and discussed.
