In the face of the present complex and changeable world situation,national conditions and the party's situation,the party's ruling ability and ruling status are facing a severe test.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has put forward the strategic task of "training cadres on a large scale and improving the quality of cadres by a large margin"."Internet plus" into the new era,the party as the main front and the main channel of cadre training,training,how to make good use of new media,and actively explore and grasp the "Internet plus the education and training of cadres" characteristics,effectively carry out the new period cadre education and training has become an important and realistic subject,under the premise of this The research content of the text embodies its practical significance.TAM is one of the most successful models to explain the adoption of information systems.Studies have shown that it is also applicable to the adoption of online learning systems.Based on the theory and application of TAM model,this paper studies the influence factors of the online learning process of Yunlong cadre online education platform in the online learning process,and explores the effective ways of integrating modern information technology with cadre education and training,and constantly improving the ability and service level of modern training.First,through questionnaire survey,structured interview and induction and deduction,we know the student satisfaction and learning demand of Yunlong cadre online education platform.The results of low student satisfaction and low learning participation reflect that the investment and output of Yunlong cadre online education platform are disproportionate,that is to say,the investment is increasing year by year.But there is still a gap between the training effect and expectations.Secondly,it studies the theory and application of TAM model,and explores the influencing factors of satisfaction and continuous learning will in the process of online learning,so as to analyze the disproportionate root cause of the input-output and output of the online education of Yunlong cadre,and discuss the best balance between the system hardware input and the software environment improvement.Third,on the basis of the previous research,the TAM model theory is extended to the application level.From the perspective of the supply side reform,the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing and perfecting the online education and training model of Yunlong cadre are given.Finally,the results of structured interview after the implementation of the platform improvement measures show that the improvement effectis obvious after the improvement of the online learning platform for the cadres in Yunlong District,and the interviewees generally believe that both the learning satisfaction and the continuous learning willingness have been significantly improved.
