"Dalian cadre Online Learning" platform is a long-distance cadre education and training platform.Since its establishment in 2009,the platform has provided high-end distance education for leading cadres and civil servants in Dalian.At the same time,the managers,together with the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee,participate in the rotation training and class hour registration through the platform.The core of the platform construction is the course resources.As the asynchronous teaching activities of online courses are different from the traditional real-time teaching,it is difficult to manage.Although the system management of the platform has been constantly upgraded and improved since its establishment,there are still deficiencies in the course resources construction of the platform.In this article,through interviews,data collection,questionnaire and statistical analysis,to research platform at the use of curriculum resources,find the problems existing in the platform construction of curriculum resources are: unreasonable curriculum resources structure and classification,curriculum resources update maintenance is not timely,class course using effect is poorer and less attractive,can’t inspire students autonomous learning enthusiasm.Based on the statistical analysis method,the quality of courseware is checked randomly,and the current curriculum resource construction system is analyzed,and the problems are found out to be caused by unreasonable curriculum resource construction system,weak human resources of management department,unreasonable curriculum procurement planning,and lack of curriculum evaluation feedback link.For these reasons,put forward to build a complete system of curriculum resource development,strengthen course resources construction team of professional ability,reasonable planning curriculum resources procurement,establish an effective evaluation feedback mechanism that four Suggestions,hoping to push the platform development for the construction of curriculum resources,curriculum resources for other domestic platform construction to provide the corresponding experience.
