Labor relations is a core content of Labor contract Law in modern labor relations.And whether the Labor contract Law can be dissolved in accordance with the legal procedures and ensure the common interests of both employers and employees.It is a standard set by the labor law of each country.In this paper,the author will study a series of issues concerning the termination of the labor contract in China and Kazakhstan.This paper will mainly discuss the meaning of the right of interpretation of labor contract between China and Kazakhstan and a series of regulations on the termination and relief of labor contract in the Labor contract Law.And hope to be able to find the similarities and differences between China and Kazakhstan labor contract rescission system.And through the comparative analysis of the labor contract rescission system between China and Kazakhstan,we can draw some conclusions.This article will mainly through the literature law,as well as the corresponding legal theory carry on the research to the Sino-Kazakh labor law lifting.It is concluded that the labor contract rescission system of China and Kazakhstan is similar to that of both countries.There are expected negotiations to terminate the labor contract,and there is also the mode of rescission of the labor contract and the cost of compensation.The difference between China and Kazakhstan labor contract rescission system is concluded that the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan is fairer and the labor law of China is more humane.The Kazakhstan labor contract dissolution system has the first point of reference for China,allowing employers and workers to be on an equal footing.The second point is in economic layoffs,which should ensure that employers should work hard to provide workers with the prerequisites for transfer.China's labor contract dissolution system for Kazakhstan's reference,Kazakhstan's labor law should be like China to protect people with many years of jobs or only special skills.The second point should be a specific criterion for the dismissal of employers from the China Labor Contract Law.Employment is every modern person.To gain self-worth and the means and ways of living.The perfection of national labor law will bring great welfare to the people and make the society more equitable.The law allows employers and workers to have their rights and obligations.It is believed that the laws of China and Kazakhstan will be more perfect and fair in the future by learning from each other's advantages.
