Prisons are defined as state violence agencies in state machines,and their main function is the enforcement of criminal law.The prison bears the task of punishing and reforming criminals.It plays an important role in preventing,cracking,punishing and sinning in public administration and maintaining social security and stability.It provides public safety services to the public in public management and promotes social civilization.Harmony is of great significance.The medical management of prisoners has a pivotal position in prison management.Therefore,further improving the medical security policy of prisoners has become an area of public management that needs to be strengthened.This article is an evaluation study on the implementation of the medical insurance policy for prisoners.The evaluation of the implementation of the medical insurance policy for prisoners is based on the current medical insurance policy for prisoners.The purpose of the assessment is to examine and measure the medical security policy of prisoners,thus providing a more scientific basis for the adjustment and improvement of the medical insurance policy of prisoners.It is of theoretical significance and practical guiding significance to carry out systematic research on the implementation evaluation of medical insurance policy for prisoners.This paper evaluates the implementation of medical insurance policy for prisoners through in-depth analysis and systematic research.By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,combining the research status of public policy evaluation and the current status of domestic and international prisoners' protection policies,this paper expounds the relevant concepts of medical insurance policy evaluation of prisoners,and uses Dunn's policy evaluation criteria as medical insurance for prisoners.The theoretical basis of policy evaluation,focusing on the construction of corresponding evaluation indicators,the selection of comparison method and interview method as the evaluation method for the implementation of the medical insurance policy of the prisoners in the process of evaluation and post-evaluation,and finally through the case analysis method,based on the designated prisoner medical The safeguard policy evaluation system,taking a prison in Yunnan Province as an example,evaluates the medical security policy of prisoners,draws conclusions and summarizes them,and obtains relevant inspiration based on the conclusions.In the end,the paper summarizes the basic conclusions of the full text,reflects on the shortcomings in the process of writing the thesis,and discusses the direction of further research in the future.
