| Nowadays,new drug crimes increase a lot cause of people’s curiosity and interest’s urge.And it becomes the driving force of drug-related crimes in China gradually.Increasingly rampant new types of drug crimes have brought huge threats to our daily production and life,and have become a new focus for China to combat drug crimes.In order to prevent and control new drug crimes more effectively,we should accurately grasp the actual characteristics and development trends of new drug crimes,and further improve the concepts and measures to prevent and control new drug crimes.In this article,the author first visited the official websites of the State Food and Drug Administration and other relevant websites to collect and sort out the current domestic and international criminal legislation and related academic theories,which laid a foundation for the research and discussion of new drug crime prevention and control strategies in this article.Theoretical basis;secondly,according to the recent reports of the Supreme People’s Court and the Drug Control Commission of China on drug crimes,data collation and research are provided to provide empirical data support for the proposal to improve the new drug crime prevention and control countermeasures;The investigation and analysis of prevention and control provide theoretical and practical reference for the prevention and control of new drug crimes in China.The body of this article consists of four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of new-type drugs and new-type drug crimes;the second chapter is to raise the problems that need to be solved in this article,that is,the countermeasures for preventing and controlling traditional drug crimes in China cannot be fully applied to the prevention and control of new-type drug crimes."Prevention and control" analyzes the current deficiencies in the prevention and control of new drug crimes in China.The third chapter briefly discusses the review and reference of domestic and foreign new drug crime prevention and control countermeasures.Through analysis and comparison,it proposes the current China Enlightenment on prevention and control of new-type drug crimes;The fourth chapter is aimed at the problems in the second part,and puts forward the thinking of improving the prevention and control of new-type drug crimes in China. |
