Research On Anti-Terrorist And Anti-Riot Crisis Management Of Kunming Rail Transit Region

At present,kunming has 8 rail transit lines under construction,with a total length of 133.3km and 94 stations.Among them,the northwest extension line of metro line 1 is constructed from the north road of teaching field to the south road of huancheng.The rail transit line is 7.6km long and 7 stations are designed and constructed.The second phase of line 2 is constructed from south huancheng road to suwang village.The rail transit line is 9.2 kilometers long and 9 stations are designed and constructed.The east passenger station of the first and second phase of line 3 will be opened simultaneously to xishan park,with a length of 23.3 kilometers and 20 stations.Line 4 is constructed from chenjiaying to kunming railway south station,with a length of 43.5 kilometers,and 26 stations are designed and constructed.Line 5 is built from the expo park station to suwang village.The rail transit line is 24 kilometers long and 20 stations are designed and constructed.The second phase of line 6 is to construct the eastern passenger station to tangzi lane.The rail transit is 7.5 kilometers long,and 6 stations are designed and constructed.Line 9(branch line of jinning)phase I construction of radio and television university to jincheng north station,rail transit length of 18.2 km,design and construction of 6 stations.According to preliminary statistics,during the 13 th five-year plan period,the number of kilometers and 153 stations of kunming metro will be put into operation.How to effectively improve the ability of anti-terrorist and anti-riot emergency response in track area has become an important research topic in the new development period.This article will research perspectives located in kunming city rail transit area(emergency disposal problems,adopt literature study,interview,questionnaire,comparative analysis and other research methods,focusing on the analysis of kunming subway anti-terrorism riot emergency disposal current situation,problems and reasons,finally put forward perfect kunming railway traffic region(emergency disposal of the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper emphasizes on perfecting the emergency organization system.Enhance the early warning mechanism,decision-making and disposal mechanism,and rehabilitation mechanism;Further improve laws and regulations;Enhance public crisis awareness;Training professional teams and other aspects to solve the problem of emergency disposal of anti-terrorist and anti-riot in kunming rail transit area.
