Effectiveness Evaluation And Countermeasure Research Of Clean Education In State-owned Enterprises

Clean education is the basic link in the construction of party conduct and clean government,while education is the foundation of the construction of clean government,and also the fundamental method to control the phenomenon of anti-corruption in state-owned enterprises.In recent years,with the reform of state-owned enterprises and the attention of the state,the construction of clean education and clean government of state-owned enterprises has achieved certain results.However,with the continuous development and deepening of economy and reform,the development of clean education is also affected and interfered by various factors.For example,in order to pursue economic benefits,the problem of clean education is ignored.The establishment of clean education system,but it does not play a practical role,makes clean education can not be effectively carried out.Strengthen the effectiveness study of clean education of state-owned enterprises,find out the fundamental problems affecting clean education,targeted to solve the problems,can really promote the healthy and sustainable development of clean education.This study takes guangxi investment group co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as"guangdong investment group")as an example,applies the selection of governance theory,supplemented by the theory of internalization and externalization,to investigate the effectiveness of the state-owned enterprise staff integrity education deep understanding.This study believes that the effectiveness index of integrity education includes four aspects:incentive index,prevention index,punishment index and supervision index.The author turned these four aspects of indicators into practical problems and carried out a questionnaire survey on the headquarter staff of guangtou investment group.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and combined with broad cast group the present situation of the honesty education,found wide investment group integrity education is education of honesty education foundation is not strong,lack of honesty education initiative and timeliness,honesty and education problems such as lack of specific evaluation index,it lies in the honesty education idea lag and inadequate understanding,honesty education supervision mechanism is not perfect,honesty and education work of quantitative insufficiency,and puts forward establishing perfect state-owned enterprise honesty education system,improve the innovation of state-owned enterprises integrity education methods,build state-owned enterprises,clean-fingered self-discipline working environment countermeasures.
