Study On The Improvement Of Administrative Efficiency Of The Government Of Longshan County In Laos

The reform and progress of global economy can make all walks of life in the world achieve common progress and development in culture,politics and so on.Laos is no exception.With the deepening of reform and opening up in Laos,social and economic development has been developed,and the speed of development has become faster and faster.The economic development has also led to the innovation and reform of the administrative system of the Lao government.Invisibly,it has also improved the degree of political democracy to a certain extent.Meanwhile,the consciousness and ideas of the masses participating in the administrative management of the government have become more and more clear.On the other hand,these advances and developments come from the correct guidance of Lao leaders,that is,when implementing various administrative decisions and reforms,they have provided great help to the administrative organs and local governments at all levels in Laos.In order to improve the administrative efficiency of Laos County government,the first thing to do is to simplify the administrative management system.Only in this way can the overall management quality be improved.Compared with other countries,Laos and China have very similar social and political systems and development goals,so it is necessary to properly refer to and learn from the experience of China's administrative system reform,that is,not only to achieve the innovation of Laos county-level government policies,but also to ensure the effective operation of the administrative system,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the country and realize the prosperity of the country and the people.This paper mainly focuses on the administrative efficiency of the Lao county-level government,and then explores the administrative efficiency of the Lao Longshan county government by means of literature research,comparative analysis and field investigation.The purpose is to improve the efficiency of the work of the Longshan County government,and to provide the basis for future development and reform.
