Study On The Status Of Laos' Participation In Lancang Mekong Cooperation Tmechanism

Before the 21 st century,China and various countries in the Lancang-Mekong region had initiated discussions and exchanges on various cooperation mechanisms,and various countries in China and the Lancang-Mei region had already carried out a series of cooperation,but there was no systematic cooperation mechanism.In the early 21 th century,there was a way of cooperation between the United States and Japan led by the Lancang-Mekong,but there is no cooperation mechanism led by the Lancang-Mekong countries.In 2014,China proposed the Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism initiative and convened the first Lancang-Mekong cooperation foreign minister meeting in Yunnan,China in 2015.This time marks the official establishment of the Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism in Yunnan.The international cooperation organization led by the Lancang-Mekong State was formally established.Since the 21 st century,China's "Belt and Road" construction and promotion,especially in Southeast Asia,as an important fulcrum of China's Belt and Road Initiative,especially in Laos,Laos and China have many cooperation mechanisms.Since Laos has a long history of culture with China,under the new Belt and Road cooperation mechanism,China and Laos will have closer ties and friendship.The cooperation between China and Laos will further promote the social development and regional economy of the two countries.China and Laos are also important pillars of the Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism.The advancement of cooperation between China and Laos is expected to contribute to the further development of the Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism.This article mainly uses the literature analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process to study the achievements made by China and Laos in the cooperation between Lanzhou and Macao,as well as the future direction and existing deficiencies.It will further analyze the future on the basis of the Belt and Road Initiative.The prospects for China-Laos cooperation and the problems that need improvement in the future.Through a detailed analysis of the economic and trade relations between China and Laos and the interconnection proposed in the Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism,we can find that the policy proposed by China has brought tremendous help to the Lao government,provided employment and increased Economic vitality has enabled Laos to take advantage of the rapid development of China's reform and opening up economy,and Chinese enterprises' investment in Laos has accelerated the pace of infrastructure construction in Laos.In the future,the focus of cooperation between the two countries will be on people-to-people communication.After economic and trade cooperation reaches a certain point,we need to pay attention to cultural exchanges between the people of both sides,so that the Chinese and Lao people can become good neighbors and models of friendship,and hold multi-channels such as the China-Laos Cultural Festival.Exchanges and cooperation to promote exchanges between students from two countries China-Laos cooperation will promote the further development of the Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism.
