Due to differences in Chinese and foreign values and cultural history,the sense of support and fairness of individuals within Chinese organizations is different from that of foreign countries.The structure of perceived organizational support and perceived organizational justice in Chinese organizations and their impact on job satisfaction are worthy of further study.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the previous research results,this study takes N high-tech zone as an example to explore the relationship between organizational support,organizational justice and job satisfaction among civil servants in high-tech parks of ethnic minority areas with Chinese characteristics.The construction of these three is different from the relationship model of the public sector in Western countries;and according to the actual situation of the Chinese governmental organization,this study revises organizational support,organizational justice and job satisfaction scales to adapt to the objective environment of the public sector operation in China.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of data obtained through questionnaires,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,there is a significant positive correlation between the organizational justice of civil servants in N High-tech Zones and organizational support.That is,the higher the organizational justice felt by civil servants in N High-tech Zones,the stronger their sense of perceiving organizational support.Second,the organizational support of civil servants in N high-tech zones positively impacts their job satisfaction,that is,the stronger the sense of supportof civil servants in N high-tech zones,the higher their job satisfaction.Thirdly,there is positive relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction of civil servants in N high-tech zones;the more organizational justice civil servants perceiving,the more job satisfaction they can get.At the same time,according to above conclusions,this study proposes directional suggestions for strengthening organizational support,organizational justice and job satisfaction for civil servants in China's high-tech zones,which provides a reference for the long-term development of human resources construction in China's public sector.
