The Lack Of Responsibility Ethics In Network Social And Its Countermeasures

With the rapid development and wide application of network technology,the living space of network society has become an important part of people's social life.It has broadened the scope of people's communication,enriched the way of social interaction,and realized communication and communication beyond time and space.The subject provides unprecedented freedom.However,the emergence of the network society is both an opportunity and a challenge for the majority of Internet people.It challenges the traditional concept of responsibility.The subject tends to grasp freedom,and the understanding of responsibility is not comprehensive enough to make a lot of irresponsible.The behavior leads to chaos in the entire network social order and impacts the moral order of the real society.In order to create a harmonious and orderly network environment,in order to eliminate the negative impact of the lack of network social responsibility ethics,it is extremely urgent to solve the problem of lack of network social responsibility.This article is divided into four parts:The first part of the paper is an introduction.This paper mainly discusses the background and research significance of this paper,research summary,research methods and ideas,and the innovation of this paper.The second part of the thesis mainly expounds the connotation,specific requirements and characteristics of the network social responsibility ethics.Firstly,it discusses the connotation and particularity of the network society.The network society refers to the digital space based on the Internet technology architecture,which is virtual and global.The characteristics of openness,then discussed the related concepts of responsibility,ethics,responsibility ethics,etc,and then elaborated the connotation of the concept of network social responsibility ethics,which refers to the ethical consideration and moral questioning of the responsibility of the main body of network behavior.Only by clarifying the specific requirements of the cyber social responsibility ethics can the actors be able to actively fulfill their responsibilities and build a harmonious and developing network society.Finally,the characteristics of network social responsibility ethics,self-discipline,generative and practical are expounded.The third part of the thesis mainly discusses the lack of network social responsibility ethics and its causes.Due to the lack of responsibility ethics awareness of the networksocial subjects,the network social problems are common.For example,the confusion of the value orientation of the network subject,the indifference of network morality and emotion,the anomie of network language,the pollution of network information,the infringement of network,and the crime of cybercrime are widespread.In view of the existing problems,this paper focuses on five reasons: the main factors of the network,the network technology factors,the influence of the characteristics of the network society,the legal norms of the network society,and the influence of the real society.The fourth part of the thesis puts forward the specific countermeasures to solve the problem of the lack of ethics of network social responsibility on the basis of the analysis of the lack of ethics of network social responsibility ethics.It mainly proposes solutions from the following four aspects: improving the self-discipline ability of the network subject,Improve the network social responsibility ethics education system,improve Internet technology and network legislation.
