The reform of the state's supervision system is a pioneer in promoting the modernization of state governance.Its purpose is to strengthen the supervision and restriction of power and protect people's rights.After the reform of the supervisory system,as the supreme supervisory organ of the state,the supervisory committee has three powers: supervisory power,investigative power and disposal power.Investigation is the premise of effective supervision.Accurate understanding and positioning of the investigative power of the Supervisory Committee is the key to the reform of the national supervision system.This paper uses value analysis method,literature analysis method and comparative analysis method to study the investigative power of the supervisory committee.By analyzing the concept,characteristics,object scope and investigative procedure of the investigative power of the supervisory committee,a clear understanding of the investigative power is formed.Secondly,on the basis of comparative analysis,this paper analyses the successful experience of anti-corruption organizations' investigative power operation in Hong Kong,Singapore and Sweden,and uses it for reference.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the exercise of the investigative power of the supervisory committee,this paper puts forward systematic and scientific suggestions to promote the standardized operation of the investigative power of the supervisory committee.
