Study On The Improvement Of Fire Safety Management System In Lanzhou New District

Lanzhou New Area,established in December 2010,is the fifth national new area after Shanghai Pudong New Area,Tianjin Binhai New Area,Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and Zhejiang Zhoushan Archipelago New Area.It is also the first national new area in Northwest China.Under the influence of China's reform and opening-up policy,it has promoted the development of social economy and accelerated the pace of urban modernization.Lanzhou New District has achieved great development within a few years after being approved.Many new materials,equipment and processes have been applied to the process of urbanization,which has brought large-scale commercial complexes and entertainment places into people's sight.The original farmland villages have been rapidly replaced by modern cities in just a few years,accompanied by the gradual prominence of fire safety issues.Based on the present situation of fire safety in Lanzhou New Area,this paper deeply analyses the problems existing in the fire safety management system in Lanzhou New Area,such as the low socialization of the main body of fire management,the inadequate management functions of fire service organizations,the imperfect fire management system and the imperfect fire infrastructure,and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the fire safety management system in Lanzhou New Area.The study of fire safety theory in the new district provides useful attempt and exploration.It is of great significance to strengthen urban safety,improve infrastructure conditions,reduce fire accidents,improve the quality of life of residents,and enhance the overall vitality and competitiveness of Lanzhou New Area.This paper is divided into five parts.At the beginning of the article,it introduces the background and significance of writing,research ideas,methods and research focus,difficulties and innovations.The second part introduces the definition of the core concepts and the related theoretical basis through collecting and summarizing the relevant literature and materials of fire safety management.The third part elaborates the current situation of the fire safety management system in Lanzhou New District from the aspects of the current laws,regulations,management scope,methods and organization settings.The fourth part introduces the problems and causes of the fire safety management system in Lanzhou New District.The fifth part puts forward perfect countermeasures for the analysis problems.
