Study On Rural Fire Safety Management In Puyang Town,Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou City

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economic development has witnessed rapid development.The rapid development of social economy and urbanization has made the fire safety of rural areas have been greatly tested.With the continuous improvement of farmers' living standards,fire safety has gradually become a concern of everyone.However,the reality of frequent fires in rural areas represents that the work of rural fire safety management is still too lagging behind economic development.In the long run,it will eventually curb the further development of its economy,and it is obviously contrary to the Party Central Committee's purpose of building a well-off society in an all-round way and sustainable development.In the process of this paper,the author finds that in the current rural fire safety management,the responsibility is not implemented,the infrastructure is too lagging,the farmers lack fire safety awareness,and the management lacks rules and regulations.Such problems are gradually revealed,and the hidden dangers in fire protection are relatively high.serious.The reasons are mainly a series of influencing factors such as lack of daily supervision,insufficient firefighting investment,inadequate publicity and education,and imperfect management mechanism.Nowadays,the fire safety in rural areas has been subjected to a huge test.Through what methods,deep-rooted research on solving rural fire safety problems,maximizing the current rural fire protection environment,comprehensively strengthening rural fire safety work,and focusing on improving rural areas.The safety management efficiency of fire control,keeping the possibility of fires to a minimum,has become an important issue facing rural grassroots governments.This paper has done a special study on rural fire safety issues,expounded the background and significance of the research,and determined the research content.Various research methods,such as literature research method and investigation research method,have been applied.Based on the domestic and international review,the related concepts of rural fire gridding have been defined,and the significance of strengthening rural fire protection work has been clarified.In the selection of research objects,this paper takes Puyang Town,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,not only because it is the direct target of the author's management of fire protection,but also because it has adopted many innovative management in fire safety management.This paper analyzes the actual situation of fire safety work in Puyang Town,analyzes the main problems,studies a series of causes leading to problems,and proposes more scientific,effective and sustainable development for these problems and causes.Countermeasures.The whole paper contains five different chapters: in the first chapter of the thesis,it briefly introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the research status in this field at home and abroad,and clarifies the main research contents of this paper.The research method adopted;in the second chapter of the thesis,the related concepts of rural fireprotection and gridding are defined,and the significance of strengthening rural fire safety management is clarified.The third chapter analyzes the general situation of Puyang Town and analyzes the rural area of the town.The actual situation of fire management work;in the fourth chapter of the thesis,the main problems exposed in the current rural fire management work are clarified,and the related reasons are analyzed in depth;in the fifth chapter of the thesis,In the improvement of rural fire safety management,Yangzhen has proposed a series of scientific and effective countermeasures.Rural fire safety work is an urgent task.Over the years,there have been many lessons that constantly alert us to improve our thinking and make changes from action.Puyang Town wants to further summarize and promote the experience and measures of the grassroots government in how to do a good job in fire protection by finding out the causes,solving problems,improving the fire management work in rural areas,implementing the spirit of the rural fire safety work conference,and deploying the future.
