Research On The Negative Influence And Evasion Of Internet Public Opinion On Political Stability

Political stability has always been one of the good goals pursued by human political life.At present,although political stability,an important theory in politics,has developed more maturely in its theoretical system,the advent of the network era,the Internet provides new means and platforms for the reform of the political field,at the same time,it also brings new challenges to the stable and substantial development of the political system.It has brought new research directions for political theory.The influence of Internet on political stability is manifested in many aspects.The virtual society of Internet makes the external environment of political system more complex;the social network platform has changed the traditional way of information dissemination,thus bringing new ways and means of political participation to citizens;the network has accelerated and expanded the dissemination of information,resulting in fierce confrontation of ideas,cultures and concepts,and pluralistic values.People bring rich ideological collisions and exchanges,but also show the confusion of people's political identity.The research on the challenge of Internet public opinion to political stability is precisely the emergence of the problem of the times.Network public opinion is the objective product of the development of contemporary network information technology,but when it enters into the political and social life of human beings,it extends its political attribute and is the expression of people's centralized political attitude and views on political life.It is undeniable that the emergence of network public opinion has not no positive impact on political life,but it has more practical significance to study the negative impact of network public opinion,to face the challenge of network public opinion to political stability and to eliminate the threat of network public opinion pressure to political stability.On the basis of clarifying the core concepts and basic characteristics of network public opinion,starting with the relationship between network public opinion and political stability,and aiming at the characteristics that network public opinion brings about changes in the political environment,this paper elaborates the threat of network public opinion to national consciousness from four perspectives:national sovereignty stability,national government stability,political and social stability and political and social psychological stability.Negative impacts such as security in the form field,reducing the credibility of the government and the efficiency of administrative decision-making,promoting the disorder of network political participation,and the impact of pluralistic values,etc.Although the content of network public opinion originates from the real life in the real society,because of the instrumental characteristics of the Internet,network public opinion grows in a virtual space.The boundary between the network world and the real world is becoming more and more vague,and it is difficult to have a clear definition between them.Therefore,the research focus of network public opinion on political stability is on the real world and the virtual world.In terms of interaction,network public opinion will trigger the crisis of political stability in real society,and the unstable factors in real social life are the deep social root of the outbreak of network public opinion.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the reasons why network public opinion has a challenging impact on political stability from the two levels of real society and network induction.The analysis of this part of the reasons is not only of practical significance to the governance of network public opinion,but also of great significance to timely discover social problems and alleviate social contradictions.To this end,the focus of this study is to analyze the reasons for the negative impact of network public opinion,and then put forward measures of practical significance to our country,in order to eliminate the threat of network public opinion to political stability and to promote the positive and positive role of network public opinion.The measures are based on the different subjects of the state,government and citizens,mainly from the national information security,network public opinion coping opportunities.Suggestions on how to construct network public opinion to play a role in promoting political stability are put forward in the aspects of system,citizen's network political participation and normal value dissemination of network public opinion.
