Study On The Function Of Cooperative Governance Of Wa Nationality Village Elder Organization In The Process Of Rural Revitalization

In the process of rural revitalization,the rural governance of the minority areas in the border areas is not only a short board,but also a key and difficult point.Rural governance in minority areas must be adapted to local conditions,based on its particularity,it is developed in the specific historical,cultural and economic background,makes full excavate and use of the excellent governance resources represented by traditional social organizations in minority societies,improves the effectiveness of rural governance in minority areas and promotes the revitalization of minority rural areas with effective rural governance.The village elder organization is an important and excellent traditional governance resource of Wa nationality rural society and it has been playing an important role in the governance of rural society.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is an analysis of the governance function of the Wa nationality village elder organization before the establishment of new China,and analyzes the emergence of the village elder organization from the perspective of Marxist historical materialism.Before the founding of new China,the village elder organization was the governance subject of the Wa nationality rural society,the governance function is extensive,the governance way has the characteristics of primitive democracy.The second chapter analyzes the function of cooperative governance of the Wa nationality village elder organization after the founding of new China.Since the reform and opening up,the Wa nationality village elder organization has been revitalized in the Wa nationality rural society,under the leadership of primary party organization achieves social coordination with grassroots autonomous organizations,and through a certain way to participate in the governance of Wa nationality rural society,and promotes the harmony,stability and development of Wa nationality rural society.The third chapter focuses on analyzing the significance and challenges of promoting the cooperation and co-governance of the Wa nationality village elder organization in the process of rural revitalization.In the process of rural governance,the Wa nationality village elder organization has great significance in saving the cost of governance,promoting the rural governance system,modernizing the governance capacity,and improving the efficiency of rural governance.But in the process of modernization,as a traditional authority,the Wa nationality village elder organization inevitably faces some difficulties and challenges due to some internal and external reasons.The fourth chapter focuses on the creative development of the cooperative governance function of Wa nationality village elder organization.Taking the Wa nationality village elder organization as an example,this paper puts forward the optimization and reference path for the creative development of the traditional social organization function of the national minority.The purpose and significance of this paper is to find a set of innovative mechanisms suitable for governance of ethnic minority villages and villages through the analysis on the function of cooperative governance of Wa nationality village elder organization,through the protection and deep excavation of the outstanding traditional governance resources for ethnic minorities to establish a multiple governance pattern for ethnic minority villages that complements each other's strengths of authority within the system,modernize the governance capacity and system of ethnic minority villages,with effective rural governance as the cornerstone to promote rural revitalization in ethnic areas.
