Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of Performance Management Effectiveness Of Grass-roots Tax System

In 2014,the State Administration of Taxation carried out performance management throughout the tax system,and achieved great results in a short time?It has become a powerful grasp for doing well in taxation and bringing along a good team ? However,there are some problems in the grass-roots tax system,such as performance-based performance management and low efficiency of performance management?Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of performance management efficiency of grass-roots tax system for improving performance management and enhancing the performance management efficiency of the whole tax system?This paper takes 203 samples of civil servants in Yunnan's grass-roots tax system as an example,and uses SPSS to make an empirical study on the factors affecting the efficiency of performance management of grass-roots tax system?The analysis shows that there are eight obvious factors related to the effectiveness of performance management: employee participation,process management,unification of performance management objectives,management support,environmental analysis,communication management,use of assessment results and setting of performance evaluation indicators?Through verification and analysis,communication management,the use of assessment results and the setting of performance evaluation indicators,the three factors have significant predictive ability of performance management effectiveness,and have a significant impact on performance management effectiveness?Through the analysis of this paper,we find out eight key factors that have significant correlation with the performance management effectiveness of the grass-roots tax system ?
