On The Combination Of Virtue And Law From The Perspective Of Chinese And Western Legal Culture

In any society,morality and law are important systems in society.How to deal with German-French relations is an important issue in any era and in any country.And this problem is particularly obvious in China.How to deal with the relationship between the rule of virtue and the rule of law is a real problem that the Chinese rule of law urgently needs to deal with.To solve this problem,then we must understand what the concept of "German" in China is.In China,the concept of "German" is not simple.After the emergence of the Shang Dynasty,the development of the Western Zhou Dynasty and the formation of the Spring and Autumn Warring States,the virtues in the Chinese cultural context have produced extremely rich meanings.The author believes that "German" has at least three meanings in China.The first meaning is political meaning.It is a series of political rules formulated by ancient Chinese politicians in order to restrain political power and based on moral standards.The second meaning is the philosophical meaning.This philosophical meaning refers to the life of a person who conforms to nature and conforms to virtue.The third layer of meaning is the moral meaning we are familiar with.However,this kind of morality is different from modern morality.The ancient Chinese morality is based on the ancient habits of Confucian ethics and the local customs,and therefore has a very strong ethical atmosphere.This directly produces the unique "rule of virtue" tradition in ancient China.The political concept provides the basis for the tradition of political and legal integration in the rule of virtue.The philosophical concept provides the basis for the concept of harmony between man and nature in the rule of virtue,while the ethics of Confucianism The dogma provides the source of thought for the rule of virtue and becomes the soul and the central axis of the rule of virtue.Under the rule of virtue,the debate between Germany and France is relatively simple.During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,the debate between Germany and France was rich because of the different analysis of "German" by various parties.After the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,the debate between Germany and France became more and more single under the guidance of Confucianism.However,the Western world has different views on "German",the understanding of German-French relations and the rule of law based on German-French relations.First of all,the definition of virtue in the West is relatively simple.In ancient Greece,ethics existed independently of philosophy.Although in the classical era and the Middle Ages,this "German" was influenced by religion and philosophy.However,its meaning is relatively simple,and morality refers to morality.But unlike the single meaning of "German",the relationship between Germany and France in the Western world is very rich.In this debate,the German-French-French relationship has moved toward the rule of law.The difference between the Chinese and Western German and French models has also become a problem on the road of rule of law in China today.That is the contradiction between the modernization of the rule of law in China and the traditional rule of virtue.The author believes that the way out of this problem is to adhere to the modern rule of law.At the same time of construction,we must pay attention to the development of local customary laws and achieve the simultaneous rule of law and law under the rule of law.
