The Role Of Domicile,Income And Education In The Impact Of Public Services On Residents' Happiness

With the proposal of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the 13th Five-Year Plan,the emphasis is on improving the quality of public services in order that people have a more fulfilling and continuous sense of happiness.However,the relationship between"public service"and"residence of residents" is not simple.In other words,even the same public service does not necessarily create the same sense of happiness.It also contains many other influencing factors.This study uses quantitative research methods to explore the impact of public services on residents' happiness,and moderating and mediating role of domicile,income and education in the impact of public services on happiness by Chinese General Social Survey.The paper is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction.Introduce the background of this paper,relationship bet.Aween chapters,technical routes,and innovations and deficiencies.The second part is the research review and research hypothesis.Summarize the related literatures about the public services,domicile,income,education and happiness.According to the literature review,the hypoth.esis of this study is proposed.The third part is the data sources and research methods.Introduce data sources,set research variables,build analysis models and explain it.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the impact of public service on residents' happiness.Explore the impact of public services on residents' happiness by interactive analysis,OLS regression analysis and logistic regression models.The fifth part is the analyses of the moderator and mediator effects.Explore moderating and mediating role of domicile,income and education in the impact of public services on happiness by hierarchical regression analysis and group regression analysis models.The sixth part is conclusions and recommendations.Draw conclusions based on empirical results and make recommendations.The results show that the degree of residents' happiness affected by public services is different with the domicile,income and education.In summary,domicile,income and education play moderating and mediating roles in the impact of public service on happiness.
