Research On Government Public Service Optimization Based On The Perspective Of Resident Happiness Index

The process of the government public service is scientific and reasonable,and it is inevitable that the public service will be further optimized.Social costs will be continuously reduced,administrative resources will be efficiently allocated,and public services will be able to continuously meet the growing needs of the people.Under the guidance of the idea of building a service-oriented government,improving the happiness index of residents to build a happy city is the purpose of the government public service.The National happiness index theory has a guiding role in the government public service.Although the "people-oriented" service government has achieved some achievements,there are still many deficiencies.How to optimize the government public service under the direction of improving the residents happiness index is a subject worth studying deeply.By applying computer science,statistics,and public management theory,this thesis expounds the basic theory and connotation of.urban residents happiness index and government public service.The comprehensive evaluation system and characteristic tree model of urban residents happiness index are constructed.Obtain relevant data through literature and questionnaire survey and calculate the comprehensive evaluation results of the happiness index of urban residents in J city,find the key constraints of the index of urban happiness by analyzing the results of the comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the city's policy suggestions for optimizing the capacity of the government public service are given.The full thesis is divided into seven parts:The introduction is the first part of this article.It briefly describes the research background and significance of this paper,reviews the current research situation,introduces the analytical perspective and research methods of this thesis,as well as the writing framework and innovation.The second part is about the explanation of urban residents' happiness index and the concept and basic theory of government public service.This part introduces the related concepts and theories of urban residents' happiness index,index system,public service characteristic tree,etc.The third part introduces the comprehensive evaluation system of urban residents' happiness index and the construction of characteristic tree model.It mainly includes the methods,principles and selection of indicators,the construction of feature tree model,the distribution of feature weights,the quantitative calculation method of happiness index,the program algorithm of happiness index,etc.The fourth part is the comprehensive evaluation of J city residents' happiness index.This thesis mainly introduces the results of data collection,data analysis and calculation of urban residents' happiness index in J city.The fifth part is the analysis of restrictive factors of happiness index of J city residents.According to the fourth part of the comprehensive evaluation results,the key constraints of J municipal government's public service capacity are analyzed.The sixth part is the research on the optimization strategy of J municipal government's public service.In view of the key constraints of J city residents' happiness index,this thesis puts forward targeted public service optimization strategies.The seventh part is the conclusion and Prospect of the study.
