Grass-roots civil servants are the main force for the government to carry out grassroots work. The working ability of grass-roots civil servants affects people's recognition of the government and affects the long-term stability of the country.Since the Nineteenth National Congress, building a service-oriented government with people's satisfaction and continuously improving people's sense of access have become the direction of continuous efforts of governments at all levels, and improving the quality of grass-roots civil servants has become more critical and urgent.Taking the grass-roots civil servants in Baise City of Guangxi as an example, this paper collects data through questionnaire and uses SPSS22.0 to analyze the data.It is found that there are the following relationships between the political skills of grass-roots civil servants and organizational citizenship behavior:1.There is a positive correlation between political skills and organizational citizenship behavior in grass-roots civil servants. That is,the higher their political skills, the more obvious their organizational citizenship behavior is.On the contrary, the lower their political skills, the weaker their organizational citizenship behavior will be.2.There is a positive correlation between the three secondary variables of political skills and organizational citizenship behavior, that is,interpersonal skills and smart ability, power use and ability-based social intercourse and organizational citizenship behavior.Variable job-loving is positively correlated with positive initiative, and does not support the positive correlation between public-private distinction and service dedication;competent social interaction is positively correlated with organizational citizenship behavior as a whole, but does not support the positive correlation between secondary variable job-loving and positive initiative,public-private distinction and service dedication.3.Personal attributes variables such as gender, age, educational background, job level and department have certain differences in political skills and organizational citizenship behavior, but there is no significant difference between the two variables in political background variables.
