Study On Basic Government Functions In Rural Tourism Development

With the development of economy and society and the improvement of the quality of life,the development of rural tourism has been on the fast track in recent years,which has attracted more and more people's attention.Rural tourism has not only greatly improved the natural environment in rural areas,but also played an important role in providing jobs and driving the development of neighboring ancillary industries,and has become an important engine for transforming the rural economic development model and promoting rural revitalization.It has also received the attention of local governments and residents.Therefore,more and more grassroots governments have adopted various policies and measures to guide and support the development of rural tourism in the region,thus promoting rural economic advancement and social progress.However,due to the backward management mechanism of the government,the imperfect infrastructure,the lack of professional talents,and the lack of planning and implementation,various problems have emerged in the development of rural tourism.In the course of the study,this paper,from the point of view of the function of the grass-roots government,chooses the town of matou in tengcheng County,which is in the initial stage of rural tourism development,and makes use of the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis.On the basis of reading related theoretical works and consulting related literature materials on the website of Zhinet and Shanda Library,the connotation of government functions in rural tourism and rural tourism development is defined.With the help of our own work,we will make use of questionnaires and field interviews to analyze government workers,tourism workers,tourists,etc.in Matou Town,and investigate the existing historical and cultural resources,natural environment resources,and red education resources in Matou Town.Through interviews and surveys,we can conclude that the current government of Matou Town has not been systematically planned and implemented,the public infrastructure is not well matched,and ecological and environmental protection is lagging behind.The whole characteristics of tourism exploration and molding is not enough,the training and introduction of tourism professional personnel policy is missing;The causes of the problems include the government s insufficient understanding of rural tourism,insufficient government financial investment,backward management mechanisms,insufficient staffing and poor quality of rural tourism management departments;Finally,from the domestic and foreignperspectives,we will select useful experiences in rural tourism development in some areas,such as Hongcun,Laozishan,the surrounding counties and districts of Chengdu,the United States,the Republic of Korea and Japan,and put forward targeted suggestions based on the actual situation in Matou Town.We will improve the management system,formulate scientific and reasonable plans,establish a diversified financing mechanism,speed up infrastructure development,strengthen the introduction and training of talents,enhance the competitiveness of rural tourism,coordinate resources,strengthen government tourism promotion services,and play a supervisory role.Measures such as the establishment of a social management mechanism suitable for rural tourism development will provide the basis for grassroots governments to better play their government functions,promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism,and further promote the development of local economic development.
