Research On The Function Orientation And Practice Of County-level Government In Rural Tourism Development

He ping County is located at the border of GuangDong and JiangXi in the northeast of GuangDong Province with superior geographical position and beautiful natural scenery.The natural factors make He ping County have rich and unique rural tourism resources advantages.In recent years,rural tourism in He ping County has developed rapidly by virtue of its natural advantages,which has added bright spots to the economic growth of the county.With the rapid development of rural tourism in China,the development and construction of new rural areas have been promoted.However,many problems in rural tourisme have also been exposed:insufficient understanding of rural tourism by the government,lack of market supervision and so on.In the initial stage of the development of rural tourism,the government must participate in the countryside based on the inherent requirements of the new public administration of the government.Tourism industry development in order to perform the economic functions of the government.This paper chooses the government function in the development of rural tourism in He ping County as the research object.On the support of the new public management theory,it applies the research methods such as,empirical analysis,literature research,field,interview and so on.This paper investigates and studies the development of rural tourism in He ping County,and then analyzes the problems exposed in the present situation of the performance of government functions in the development of rural tourism in He ping County and the reasons for its formation.This paper designs the functional orientation of the peaceful county government in the development of rural tourism,probes into the feasibility of establishing the government of He ping County to guide the development of the rural tourism industry,and puts forward the concrete measures that the peaceful county government should take to promote the development of rural tourism:One is to strengthen government guidance and do a good job in public service;the other is to take customer demand as the guide and change government management into service;the third is to integrate all forces,and the government is at the helm rather than paddling;the fourth is to clarify the division of labor and improve the efficiency of government work.
