The Study Of Xi Jinping's Labor Concept

Labor is the embodiment of human nature and the basis and condition for social development.Human beings have created the glorious history and great social wealth through labor.Through labor,they have pushed forward the development of the society so as to realize their yearning for a better life.The Chinese nation has always respected labor,advocated labor and praised labor.Through labor,we have created the brilliant Chinese history,and through labor,we have built the new China.Since the founding of the new China,we have continued to carry forward the spirit of labor,played the role of the main force of the working class,mobilized the enthusiasm of the working people and achieved great achievements in social construction.However,as a social practice,labor has different problems in each stage of social and historical development,which is why the labor problem has been continuously studied by the academic circle.At present,In the face of social labor problems,such as the unemployment,disrespect for labor,the discordant labor relations.Xi Jinping stood at the new historical starting point,In the basis of the Marxism labor view and the Chinese traditional labor view,and based on his own experience,he reflects the problems of labor in today's China,proposed solutions for labor problems,and formed the Xi Jinping's labor concept.At present,relevant studies about Xi Jinping's labor concept have appeared in the academic circle,but the research results are not very rich,and the research contents is not comprehensive enough.This article takes Xi Jinping's labor concept as the core,and focuses on the three main lines,that is "what is Xi Jinping's labor concept","how Xi Jinping's labor concept came into being" and "how to implement Xi Jinping's labor concept ".On the basis of comprehensively discussing the theoretical basis,practical basis and development process of Xi Jinping's labor concept,expound the main contents of Xi Jinping's labor concept,so as to clarify the basic characteristics and time value of Xi Jinping's labor concept.Finally,based on the current social reality,analyzed the specific path to practice Xi Jinping's labor concept,thus discusses the construction of strategies to solve the current labor problems.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the formation and development of Xi Jinping's labor concept,from the Marxism classical writers,the Chinese Communist party and the Chinese traditional labor concept analyzed the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's labor concept,then from the international,domestic and individual this three aspects analyzed the realistic foundation of Xi Jinping's labor concept,finally,as the growth and development of Xi Jinping's for clue,discussed the development course of Xi Jinping's labor concept.The second chapter use simple to complex,concrete to abstract logic,analyzes the main contents of Xi Jinping's labor concept,including the concept of labor subject,labor values,labor education,labor forms and labor spirit.The third chapter analyzed the basic characteristics of Xi Jinping's labor concept,including scientificity,comprehensiveness and the affinity to the people.The forth chapter analyzed the time value of Xi Jinping's labor concept from the perspective to practice,individual to country.The fifth chapter takes the fourth chapter as the entry point,analyzed the way to practice Xi Jinping's labor concept.
