Research On Moral Hazard Of Poverty-Stricken Households In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

General secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that China's poverty alleviation and development work has entered a period of hard work and hard work.Due to different moral levels of poverty-stricken households,imperfect poverty alleviation system,asymmetric information flow,pressure on policy implementation and other factors,the behaviors of poverty-stricken households in the process of targeted poverty alleviation have moral risks.Therefore,it is particularly important and of great practical significance to intensify the research on moral risk of poverty-stricken households in targeted poverty alleviation,and to understand and prevent moral risk of poverty-stricken households in targeted poverty alleviation.Taking targeted poverty alleviation in W county as the starting point,this paper aims to understand the government's assistance work,poor households' ideological understanding of targeted poverty alleviation and their own practical activities through household assistance and questionnaire survey.On the basis of investigation and study,the moral risks of poverty-stricken households in targeted poverty alleviation were carefully analyzed,the significance of preventing moral risks of poverty-stricken households in the process of targeted poverty alleviation was clarified,and the methods and countermeasures for identifying and preventing moral risks of poverty-stricken households were proposed.It provides reference data for preventing moral risks of poverty-stricken households in targeted poverty alleviation,so as to avoid risks or reduce risks,maximize the effect of poverty alleviation and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation.The first chapter mainly expounds the connotation,characteristics and origin of moral hazard.The second chapter discusses the significance of preventing moral risks of poor households in the process of targeted poverty alleviation: first,the internal requirements for the effective implementation of targeted poverty alleviation;second,the internal requirements for the consolidation and improvement of poverty alleviation.Third,the inherent requirements for winning the three major battles;Fourth,to promote the realization of rural revitalization of the internal requirements.The third chapter,based on the investigation of targeted poverty alleviation in W county,analyzes the moral hazard performance of targeted poverty alleviation and its causes.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to prevent the moral risk of poor households in the process of targeted poverty alleviation.Second,the promotion of information disclosure,to achieve whole-process supervision;Third,we will improve the poverty alleviation system and punish those who misbehave.
