Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Correction Of Drug Addicts Under Narrative Therapy Model

In recent years,community correction has developed rapidly in China,and the number of adolescents who take drugs in community correction is also increasing.Due to the particularity of teenagers who take drugs,there are many problems in the community correction work of teenagers who take drugs,especially in the community integration of the correction objects.The outstanding performances are: negation of family and friends,ridicule of neighbours,failure of employment and poor social acceptance.It must be recognized that if the object of correction can not be accepted by the community after the completion of the correction,and can not restore the original life,not only has a negative impact on the object of correction,but also may lead to social instability.If these problems can not be well handled,it will bring more factors of instability to the society,so the society should pay close attention to this series of problems.In 2008,China's Drug Control Law was formally promulgated,which defines community detoxification as an important detoxification method,and stipulates that the community should assign professionals to assist drug addicts to detoxify,which has a positive impact on the work of detoxification.Nowadays,case management has been widely used in community drug rehabilitation work to assist in correcting adolescents' behavior and thinking.This paper chooses a teenager in A community of Jishishan County to engage in social work service: the way of case intervention adopts narrative therapy mode.This mode is mainly to reconstruct one's own affairs or stories through externalizing problems,which belongs to a kind of psychotherapy mode.It uses special methods to guide the owner to think and self-reflection,and to implement the inner thoughts of the owner.Practice has proved that this method has a significant effect on the correction of adolescents who take drugs.This case uses accident narrative as the core,and then builds the scene of event development through three periods: problem externalization,finding exceptions and replacing events,so as to achieve the purpose of each period.By guiding the case owner to discover problems independently and find self-solutions,we can change the case owner's cognitive ability and finally achieve the goal of breaking away from drug addiction.When adopting narrative therapy mode,community workers should play the role of guide,listener and accompanier,instead of replacing the main body of the case,gradually guiding the case owners to find their own problems and find solutions.In this paper,through the use of narrative treatment model in community corrections for drug addicts,we can develop the potential of drug addicts,enhance their ability to cope with employment problems,alleviate family contradictions,and help them truly integrate into society.At the same time,we hope that this study can provide some experience for the community drug rehabilitation work in other areas of China.
