A Study On Social Work Intervention Of Adolescent Community Correction

The term "community correction"was introduced into China in the 1980s.As a non-imprisonment penalty execution mode,it has been tested and developed since 2003.It has gradually played an important role in the judicial system of our country,and its scope of adaptation and service objects are also expanding.Among them,because adolescents are different from adults in personality,psychology,cognition and emotion,their psychological development is not mature enough and their social experience is shallow,the crime rate of this special group in society is also rising,and the community correction work for adolescents is also developing.In 2014,B District took the lead in introducing social work professionals into the field of community correction for adolescents,and achieved initial results.At the end of 201 7,the Judicial Bureau of B District innovated social governance,jointly organized social work organizations in the form of government purchasing social services,and carried out H youth community correction service projects for juvenile community prisoners.In the process of practice,the author has the honor to participate in the community correction project for H adolescents and conduct relevant research.On this basis,this paper takes "social work intervention in youth community correction"as the research theme,and combines with practical cases,expounds the process of social work intervention in youth community correction in B District,and on this basis,analyses the effectiveness of social work in youth community correction.On this basis,this paper explores how to better apply social work to youth community correction work.The structure of this paper is as follows:The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,research ideas and methods;secondly,according to the author's review and combing of the relevant data on social work intervention in youth community correction work,this paper completes the literature review;finally,in this part,the relevant concepts involved in this article and the theoretical basis used in the practice process are explained.;The second part first introduces the development of community correction in B District and the development of youth community correction,and then briefly introduces the relevant situation of H youth community correction project.Next,the typical cases in practice will be elaborated,so as to present the process of social work intervention in the youth community correction at the specific operational level.The third part is based on the practice of community correction for adolescents in B District.It analyses the effectiveness of social work and the shortcomings of community correction for adolescents.The fourth part puts forward relevant suggestions on how social work can better intervene in the work of community correction for adolescents.In this part,based on the practical experience,research materials and relevant literature,the author provides corresponding countermeasures for the development of community correction work for adolescents in B District,in order to better play the role of social work in the intervention of community correction work for adolescents.
