The high relapse rate of drugs leads to a reflection on the effectiveness of drug treatment.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory,this paper discusses the interaction between drug addicts and the labor management of the Compulsory Isolated Drug Rehabilitation,and then analyzes the reasons for the high relapse rate of drug addicts.As advocates,social workers should advocate the reform of the compulsion and insulation of the Compulsory Isolated Drug Rehabilitation.Labor management,as a macro system for drug addicts,controls the drug addicts.As a result of interaction,the goal of labor has been replaced,whether for the Compulsory Isolated Drug Rehabilitation or drug addicts.What's more,because of labor,the significance of education for drug addicts has also been changed.The labor management shows the combination of pressure and inducement.In the case of isolation,it has played a certain role in the physical and mental health.However,there is a shortage in the correction of drug addiction,which is the hidden danger after the relapse.Once they are released and return to society,the factors leading to drug abuse will erupt again.wonder the rate of relapse is so high.So,the Compulsory Isolated Drug Rehabilitation should be reformed to an“education and treatment”ideal type.
