This article Urumqi MZT community is a multi-ethnic mixed background,"happy live sunset" team work,for example in the perspective of social workers and social activity theory and maslow's hierarchy of needs as the basis to group social work methods in city home endowment,carried out in view of the old city pension endowment service needs of the elderly at home.In interviews and participatory observation to the elderly age structure,the education of the community water products,cultural and entertainment needs,and interpersonal aspects of demand analysis of needs assessment,to "happy live sunset" the setting sun the application of group work in urban house and the whole process of the six times group activities to describe and analyze the group process.The implementation process of group activities is the initial stage of group work in the first stage,so that team members are familiar with each other and have a sense of belonging to the group.In the second stage,in the middle of group activities,the interest and hobby of group members will be enhanced to enhance the cohesion among them.At the end of the third stage of the group work,reduce the sadness of group members leaving and guide them to stay in the state of group activities.Assessment team's assessment plan formulation,process assessment and result assessment.Based on the apparent changes of urban home-based care for the elderly before and after the activities,this paper studies whether the group social work in the multi-ethnic background can improve the home-based care needs of the elderly by intervening in urban home-based care services.Summarize the group activities of "happy life sunset" and propose effective Suggestions to help the social work of the group play a better role in urban home-based care services.The author hopes to provide reference for the continuous improvement of home-based care services for group work in cities and for the intervention of group social work in home-based care services in cities in the future.
