Social Work Involves The Study Of Urban Home Care Services

At present, under the background of aging, pension problem has become an urgent problem to be solved. This article takes the Z pension social service organization in Nanjing as an example. We investigate and collect information through research, interviews, participatory observation, functional analysis and other methods.First of all, this article explores the service overview of Z pension service center through the functional settings, service content, service model, social work involved and other aspects, and concerns the service center itself and service to analyse the problems of Z pension service center. Firstly, the problems of service center itself,which means the service is limited by shortage of professional talent reserves, low efficiency caused by one person with multi-duty and staff limited impact project process. Secondly, problems of service center, which means the contents and methods are simple, service object information management is not standardized and lack of innovation in service content.In the next place, practice involved in the process of social work.From the perspective of social support, the author use social-psychology and mission center two models to intervene in special elderly who need home pension. And tap the social support network of its community, family and peer groups. Integrate various resources to meet the needs of the elderly pension.Lastly, the author sum and reflect the problem based on the problem of Z pension service center and the finish of study of personal case. And author makes some suggestions: on one way, in the light of the problems of social service organizations themselves, this article proposes to strengthen the professional construction of the old-age pension service team; strengthen the internal management of the domestic pension service personnel; strengthen the construction of the home care service base.On the other way, in the light of problems of social work service, the article suggests to improve the self-supervision ability of the old-age service agencies at home,strengthen the information management of the archives of the old-age care service,and innovate the service of the old-age care service.
