Throughout China's social development,shared economy has become a mature model of economic development in the market.With the development of Uber,Airbnb,shared bicycles,shared cars and other industries tend to mature and stable,the shared kitchen has also come to the fore.Shared kitchens in Beijing,Shanghai,Nanjing,Fujian and other places have begun to open,and even Shanghai has the first shared kitchen with a business license,people's eating style,Requirements for food quality also vary in these shared kitchens,but plenty of news reports about its pros and cons,safety and long-term development are controversial.The shared kitchen is in the “Internet” and “shared economy” era under the background of the emerging catering service field,is an important vehicle for the optimization and upgrading of catering services.The shared kitchen,like the existing shared economy,has the characteristics of convenience and quickness.At the same time,it quickly occupies the market by virtue of its unique operating methods,but at the same time,there is still food safety for the shared kitchen.Access conditions and other loopholes,China's legislation in this area is still blank.Under the background of the Internet eare,the development of shared economy has become an inevitable one,is convenient for us to enjoy food and clothing,but it is also slowly changing our lives at the same time,The maintenance of social order also poses a challenge.In order to regulate a new thing or a certain form of business,we need to understand the background of its emergence and the reasons for its emergence,draw lessons from the mature theoretical results of various aspects,and relevant policies.Only in this way can we complete the research on the legal issues of shared kitchen supervision and guarantee the long-term development of shared kitchen.Practice needs to be supported by theory.In order to prevent and solve all kinds of problems in the future,it is necessary to study deeply in theory,so that there is a law to be relied on in practice.We can draw lessons from the whole process fromlegislation blank to laws to learn beneficial experience,and both of them are the economic model developed under the background of the Internet,and can seek common ground while reserving differences,from which we can get inspiration.First of all,the shared kitchen has not been developed all over the country,most people know little about the shared kitchen,and the related content is not mature enough in academia and legislation.Therefore,it is necessary to share the kitchen.In order to standardize it,it is necessary to clarify its connotation,business model,characteristics,development process and so on.This is an innovation of the author in choosing a topic.Secondly,it is an innovation in the research on the legal issues of shared kitchen supervision.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the legal supervision of the shared kitchen,discusses the related problems,and provide suggestions on the regulation of the shared kitchen through the above analysis and the reference of various theories and experiences.
