| With the expansion of urban scale and the improvement of transportation infrastructure,people’s demand for long-distance travel in the city has been met,while the demand for short-distance travel between residential areas,subway stations,supermarkets and other places has become stronger.Sharing bicycles,a short-distance alternative tool of the city,came into being and developed rapidly,this new shared bicycle rental business,which can be shared,brings great convenience for the public to travel in a short distance.It not only protects the urban environment,but also saves costs,and achieves the effect of physical exercise.China’s shared bicycle originated from the ofo shared bicycle,it is the world’s first no-slung bicycle travel solution,the first "shared bicycle" mode.and then,there were many shared bicycle brands.The competition among various bicycle brands began.However,as the number of shared bicycles increases and the volume of production increases,many social problems arise.For example,if the shared bicycles are not parked according to regulations,the public will share the bicycle privatization and damage the shared bicycles.These problems have brought great pressure to the management of urban public space and the operation of enterprises.The paper revolves around the chaos of shared bicycles in Xiamen,focuses on the government supervision.Based on the analysis of the status quo,the questionnaires are used to conduct research.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 449 valid questionnaires were collected.After collecting the questionnaire data,SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis.It is found that the shared bicycles in Xiamen currently have problems in that the government departments are not comprehensive in supervision of enterprises,the supervision of shared bicycle users is low,and the deposit supervision has a blind spot.he paper combines the results of the questionnaire survey with the recommendations in the questionnaire to propose countermeasures: First,strengthen the responsibility of the government supervision,including government legislation to restrict corporate and user legislative constraints and focus on the rational allocation of shared bicycle infrastructure;second,strengthen multi-agent collaborative governance,including strengthening communication and cooperation between the government and enterprises,the masses,and strengthening inter-departmental collaboration to form a joint governance;the third is to strengthen deposit supervision and users Information protection.The paper aims to strengthen the coordinated participation of various government agencies in the sharing of bicycle supervision through various three-dimensional measures,promote civilized cycling,improve the effectiveness of shared bicycle supervision,and promote the healthy and orderly development of shared bicycles in Xiamen. |
