Study On The Dilemma Of County Youth League Responsibilities

The county Communist Youth League is the "nerve ending" of the whole group's full-time mission.It is the first line of the four basic functions of the Youth League,the youth,the youth,the youth and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the youth.After the Central Party's group work meeting,each The party committees at all levels attached great importance to and vigorously promoted youth work,deployed the reform of the Communist Youth League,and created favorable conditions for the grassroots organizations to perform their duties.With the continuous development of the economy and society,the development needs of youth members have become increasingly diverse.The requirements and expectations of the party committees at the same level have been growing.The guidance and deployment of the organization of the grassroots organizations has become increasingly detailed.However,the county Communist Youth League organizations still have many difficulties in performing their duties.The most prominent manifestation is the services that young people need.The group organizations can't provide the services provided by the group organizations,and the youth are not in a hurry.To strengthen and improve the work of the Communist Youth League in the new era,the decision-making and executive levels must face the difficulties of the grassroots organizations in the performance of their duties and solve these problems.This paper takes the Communist Youth League of Dongtai City as the research object.Through the analysis of the deployment of the party committee at the same level and the completion of the work of the higher-level group organization,the analysis of the group cadre team self-construction and the youth satisfaction survey,it is considered that in the work of the grassroots Communist Youth League,it faces the work force.Insufficient,the formalities of formalism in the work content,the rigid working methods,and the lack of praise for the service effect of the young people have led to development difficulties in fulfilling organizational functions,guiding functions,service functions,and maintaining the rights and interests of young people.This paper analyzes from the three dimensions of the party committee,the superior organization and the grassroots organization at the same level.It believes that the party committee of the same level can not guarantee the cause of the Communist Youth League.The upper level organization and organization guides the lack of pertinence.The grassroots organization lacks innovation and hard work.In other respects,it analyzes the reasons for the existence of the county Communist Youth League.The effect of the county Communist Youth League's performance of functions is the result of the joint role of the higher-level group organization,the party and government departments at the same level,and other actors.The author proposes countermeasures and suggestions to solve the dilemma according to the actual situation and work experience:First,the party committee at the same level From the implementation of various instructions and deployment,the establishment of a joint conference system and the optimization of the selection and employment situation to increase security;second,the higher level organization should strengthen the grassroots organization construction,optimize the Internet product design,scientific settings assessment system to strengthen guidance accuracy Third,grassroots organizations should build their own capacity by supporting and nurturing youth social organizations,optimizing service provision,and comprehensively strengthening group organization and governance.
