The Research Of Legal Consciousness Of University Students Under The Background Of Promoting The Rule Of Law

With the promotion of the rule of law comprehensively,cultivating people's consciousness of learning,respecting,following as well as using the law is becoming more and more important.University students are the main body of quickening the construction of ruling of law.The development of their legal consciousness is influential in the future of Chinese socialist road of rule of law.So,making research in how to further strengthen the legal consciousness of university students under the background of promoting the rule of law has the considerable theoretical and practical value.This thesis tries to explore the subject from the following five parts: the first part mainly describes the research background,the research significance as well as introduces relevant researches at home and abroad,which explains the modern value of indagating how to improve University Student's legal consciousness under the background of promoting the rule of law.The second part is the fundamental conception of legal consciousness of university students.This part puts emphasis on analyzing the modern connotations of legal consciousness and defining the substance of University Student's legal consciousness,which provides the theoretical foundation for the following parts.The third part uses the data of questioners from universities in Jiangxi province as an example to analysis the current situation of University Student's legal consciousness and the cause.The forth part explores the focal points of University Student's legal consciousness,which includes the knowledge of law system,the understanding of rule of law,the emotion towards law and the practice of using the law.The last part puts forward the specific measures to improve legal consciousness of university students under the background of promoting the rule of law from there aspects,which are the university side,the society side and the students themselves.
