Research On The Cultivation Of Grassroots Consciousness Of Normal University Students

Grass-roots consciousness is an important part of modern civic consciousness. Tocultivate the normal university students’ consciousness is the need of constracting socialistharmonious society and it is also the need of the internal requirement of ideological andpolitical education as well as the need of the students’ personal development. Therefore, tostrengthen the research and study of the basic theory and practice for the normal studentsabout the grassroots consciousness has an important theoretical and practical significance.This thesis is based on the normal student’grassroots consciousness as the research object,through the methods of literature study and questionnaire investigation, with the relativeknowledge of pedagogy, sociology, politics science, according to the theoretical basis of thetheory of humanism and epistemology of Marxism, in combination with M normal universityin the practice teaching in cultivating the students’ grassroots awareness. The students’grassroots consciousness is discussed in this theory. The whole thesis is devided into fourparts.The first part, this thesis expounds the basic connotation, main contents and the value oftraining the normal students’grassroots consciousness.The second part, this thesis discusses the theory and realistic basis of training the normalstudents’grassroots consciousness.The third part, this thesis analyzes the main problems of the current normal students’grassroots consciousness, the ignorance of the grassroots consciousness, disconnectedmanagement with the cultivation, the lack of actual training, and the improper evaluation.This thesis also explore the causes of the main problems. They are the lack of scientificeducation viewpoints, the traditional culture’s influence, the shortage of educational resourceintegration, and the weakness of educational system design.The fourth part, this thesis put forward some countermeasures--They can be realized in thepractice teaching. We should establish the basic guiding thought of the training the normal students’ grassroots consciousness. Make the excellent cultivation system design, strength theconstruction of the content for the training normal students’ grassroots consciousness.Construct the “Four into one” grassroots awareness. Cultivation operation mode, and improvethe evaluation system for the training of the normal students’grassroots consciousness.
