On Foster Mechanism Of Civil's Law Consciousness

Governing the country by law,establishing a socialist country ruled by law and the construction of a harmonious society is based on science legislation, efficient law enforcement, a fair judiciary and the conscious law-abiding. All these are on the premise that citizens have a good legal quality,Good quality is the core of the legal awareness of the law. Only with the citizens'legal consciousness the law can be used, abided and upheld subjectively. As our country was under the feudal rule for a long time,the concept of the governing by man is deeply rooted in people's minds.As the terms in the field of ideology, people's concepts and ideas can not be changed or improved overnight. It, however, requires a long-term and gradual process. So the cultivation of legal consciousness of citizens is a theoretical question worth studying, and the corresponding training mechanism study is a starting point to solve this problem.In this paper, theoretical studies of legal consciousness are conducted. In it beginning with the original definitions and sources of law-consciousness , the views on law-consciousness from different scholars are analyzed, the definitions and constructions of law-consciousness are concluded, together with the functions of law-consciousness. On this basis, the author studies the core content of citizens'law-consciousness, i.e."quaternary"modes of the citizens'law-consciousness, which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the training system.Secondly, according to the particularity of conditions of China, by means of survey analysis methods, China's current status of the citizens'law-consciousness are gained, combined with our country's historical conditions and present conditions, the status are analyzed systematically and scientifically, so as to obtain the basic contradictions in the citizens'law-consciousness, which helps lay a good foundation for the research on the training system of the citizens'law-consciousness and thus can be targeted.Finally, Cultivation mechanism of the citizens'law-consciousness is studied. Cultivation mechanism of the citizens'law-consciousness is analyzed from the perspectives of the motivation mechanism and training mechanism. For the motivation mechanism, focuses of study are on perfecting the market economy system and the socialist democratic system; for the implementation mechanism, study is on the democratic legislative environment, the fair judicial environment, legal administration, and do a good job on the popularization of law, etc. The author also proposes to establish and popularize the legal ceremony in line with the legal value.In short, this paper begins with the analysis of the concept of the citizens'law-consciousness, explore core content of the citizens'law-consciousness and the problems and challenges faced at the present stage. On the basis, the suggestions are proposed on improving Cultivation mechanism training system and hope to provide some guidance on the cultivation of the citizens'law-consciousness.
