Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Grassroots Petition Work At Present

As a unique channel of rights relief in China,petitioning have played a key role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people and maintaining social stability.However,under the pressure of “the petitioning flood peak”,the grassroots petitioning work at this stage is facing a severe test.The work of petitioning is a basic task of maintaining social stability,exercising rights relief for the masses,and keeping the party in close contact with the masses.Grassroots petitioning are the basis of petitioning.Therefore,we must conscientiously solve the problems existing in grassroots petitioning,continue to promote the effective development of petitioning,and optimize the institutional process of petitioning.This is of great significance for ensuring the stable development of society and society and social harmony.This paper analyzes the problem of grassroots petitioning through literature research and comparative research,and finds that there are high levels of petitions,concentrated problem areas,and abnormal petitions in grassroots petitioning.At the grassroots level,the work of petitioning at the grassroots level faces the problems of the people's "communication and petition not to believe in the law" and "peer-level petitions" and the difficulty of maintaining stability.Analysis of the problems faced by grassroots petitioning,the existence of deviations in the concept of petitioning,the imbalance between the petitioning system,the ineffectiveness of initial letters and the low cost of other relief channels have led to the dilemma of grassroots petitioning.This study believes that it should be cracked from the following channels,including reversing the concept of petitioning,improving the legal system of petitioning,improving the ability of grassroots petitioning,and promoting social participation.
