Sichuan International Studies University Argentine Think Tank And Their Influence On Foreign Policy

In recent years,think tanks have become increasingly important in the foreign policy of Latin American countries.With the rapid development of China-Latin America relations,more and more Latin American think tanks have begun to focus on China studies.In Latin America,Argentina has the largest number of think tanks.The Association of International Relations of Argentina(CARI)has a high reputation at home and abroad.Since its establishment,it has influenced Argentine foreign policy for more than 40 years.However,there has not paid much attention to the CARI in academia.Based on the review of introduction of Argentine think tanks and foreign policy-making,especially the organization and content of the CARI,we analyzed its impact and role in foreign policy-making with many relevant cases,and finally demonstrated that think tanks influence Argentina's foreign Policy mechanism by taking the CARI as an Example.
