Research On Performance Appraisal Of Judges In Qingshen County Court Of Meishan City

The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that we should further deepen the reform of the judicial system,uphold and improve the socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics,and ensure that judicial and procuratorial organs independently and impartially exercise judicial and procuratorial powers in accordance with the law.The reform of judicial system is the key measure to comprehensively promote the rule of law and speed up the construction of a legal country.In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the trial,it is more and more important to evaluate the performance of judges.Therefore,the performance appraisal of judges is one of the most important management work faced by the grass-roots courts after the judicial reform.Through the method of literature analysis and investigation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the performance appraisal system of the judges of Qingshen County Court in Meishan City,and sums up four problems existing in it,namely,the administration of the appraisal system,the internalization of the appraisal organization,the unscientific setting of appraisal indicators and the inadequate management of the appraisal results.At the same time,it draws lessons from the mature performance appraisal system of grass-roots courts The performance appraisal system of judges in Qingshen County Court puts forward suggestions to improve and ensure the orderly development of judicial activities.Performance appraisal is a complicated system engineering,which is closely related to judicial construction.However,due to the limited research ability of the author,there are many deficiencies in the paper.I hope that through these measures to improve the performance appraisal system of Qingshen County Court,but also hope that more people of insight will pay attention to the reform of the performance appraisal system of judges.
