Meanwhile our social and economic diversification,rapid development of the rule of lawand the development of market players, legal consciousness of the masses of the increasingof justice are increasingly high requirements and expectations. Each country’s judicialresources are not inexhaustible, but relatively scarce and limited. To deal with " scarcejudicial resources " and " the surge in demand justice " the contradiction between the rationalallocation of the court must be human resources,integration of human resource structure,promoting the efficient allocation of human resources in the courts. Currently,a large numberof judges of the Court of common and complex sources,the overall quality varies,unevenlevel situation seriously affect the process of building professional judges. Therefore,how tojudge the quality of professional services,especially comprehensive scientific evaluation ofthe quality of the implementation of the fittes,to accelerate the process of replacement ofunqualified judges,in front of us is undoubtedly an important topic.In this paper,in order to improve the D region of Justice under the background of thepeople’s level of performance management,performance appraisal Court Judge for the study,subjects from the performance appraisal,performance appraisal procedures, performanceevaluation content, performance index, the results of the application of performanceassessment focuses on the perspective of D Status District People’s Court judge performanceappraisal,and on this basis, build a people’s court judge performance evaluation indexsystem D,and using analytic hierarchy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the performance ofD District People’s Court of Justice conducted a comprehensive evaluation,and finally fromestablishing performance-oriented culture of the court,to create an environment suitable forperformance evaluation run,improve the Court’s internal incentive mechanism,strengthen theperformance management analysis and feedback of results and other aspects of the D DistrictPeople’s Court of performance appraisal safeguards.
