Research On The Practice And Development Of Political Civilization Construction In The New Era

Xi Jinping,the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC),has attached great importance to political civilization construction and clear political stand since the 18~thh National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The party central committee,at the heart of which is Xi Jinping,has united and led the Chinese people of all ethnic groups to initiate a new stage in the development of Party and the country,earned the wholehearted support of officials and Chinese people,and made important global influence.The political civilization in a new era plays a leading role throughout the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,continuously efforts must be made on political civilization construction in a new era to provide institutional guarantee,guide to action and value orientation for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,building a great modern socialist country and realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.The political civilization construction in a new era is built on top of the basic dimension of Chinese context while drawing on fine ancient and modern Chinese and foreign culture and thinking.Building on this,the political civilization construction keeps surging forward and displaying new contemporary features.Based on the principles of Marxism politics,this thesis analyzed the practice and development of political civilization construction through three dimensions;political system civilization,political behavior civilization and political consciousness civilization.In the great endeavor of political civilization construction in a new era,the party central committee,at the heart of which is Xi Jinping,has led Chinese people to make plans on political system civilization,initiate a new stage for political behavior civilization,deepen new philosophy in political consciousness civilization and promote the development and progress of country and society.Yet political civilization construction in a new era has made impressive achievement,the poor exercise of political system,inaction of political entities and weakness of consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity are present in the meantime.In order to continuously make further progress on political civilization construction in a new era,these prominent problems should be address through three dimensions as follows:make reformation of political system as force,and make further progress on political system civilization;make solving prominent problem as breakthrough,continuously strengthen political behavior civilization;make education of political culture as pioneer.
