Research On The Construction Of Chinese Political Civilization In The Perspective Of Marx’s Concept On Political Development

Marx’s concept about the political development is scientific understanding for nature of proletariat’s political development on the basis that he criticized the political development of capitalism. This theory not only reveals the logical starting point for the political development of the proletariat, but also includes the economic base and the value target. It provides scientific guidelines for their own liberation and political rights of the proletariat. It has a positive meaning on the correct understanding and building socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics. Contemporary China’s political civilization construction is a kind of political civilization development road with Chinese characteristics on the basis of history in our country, the basic national conditions and the people’s comprehensive choice. With the changes in historical conditions, part of Marx’s political development concept may relatively lagging behind, but still can offer the guidance of the value target and the principle about development for China’s political civilization construction. It can provide specification for practical subject and institutional construction. Meanwhile, it can provide guidelines for China to achieve the dual goal that are to achieve the political development under socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize human’s free comprehensive development.This article carried on the thorough analysis and research on Marx’s concept about the political development. This paper consists of five parts. The first part mainly discussed the purpose and significance of this study, research status and development trend both at home and abroad, and put forward the research methods and innovations of this article. The second part introduced the related concepts and theoretical basis, defined the concept of political development and political civilization, and explored the related content of political development and the political civilization in our country. The third part studied the article’s main support-Marx’s concept about the political development. It summarized the formation background and theoretical basis of Marx’s political development concept, analyzed the internal logic and the basic characteristics of Marx’s political development concept, and summarized the basic content of Marx’s political development concept. The main content of the fourth part summarized that the achievements and the existing problems on construction of China’s political civilization. And it analyzed the reasons why problems existing during the process of China’s political civilization construction. The fifth part put forward the goal, the principle and the development countermeasures of political civilization construction in our country under the guidance of Marx’s political development concept. China’s political civilization construction should realize the value goal of human’s free comprehensive development and realize the periodic goal of socialist democracy and the rule of law; To achieve this dual goal, we must adhere to the principle of combining innovation and keeping up with the times, the principle of combining balanced development and overall consideration, the principle of combining gradual and moderate advance, the principle of combining reference and absorption. In order to achieve China’s dream on the basis of socialist democracy and the rule of law, we build the socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics, starting with the construction of civilization in political consciousness, political behavior and political system.
